Most of the portraits in this exhibition were painted by Greek American artist Euripides “Rip” Kastaris. Born the son of a Greek Orthodox priest in Thessaloniki, Greece, he holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Washington University in St. Louis. Mr. Kastaris is a contemporary artist whose work blends forms from across places and time.
